Formerly, he worked as a Senior Advisor – Climate Change at the German bilateral cooperation agency GIZ and Ujjivan Bank prior to that.
Manoj is also a doctoral researcher in Business Sustainability at IIM Lucknow and holds a Master of Public Policy degree from LSE as a Commonwealth Scholar.
